Can't join squads, others players can't join my squad

this is a game killer bug annoying and no proper fix from help desk

-deleted the game not working

-reset the pplaystationto factory (not working not worth the trouble to re-download all other game beside warframe)

-change the modem and get another modem (not working)

-Change the internet connection speed 300mega which enough to run every stable game (still nothing)

-Forward the ports as the help desk ticket raise (same result not working)

Still the problem is presist

ithink there is something wrong in servers as suddenly one day i can join friends and another can't join even random squad or matchmaking at all
