When I saw all that changing damage types you need to have I thought a Hysterix with good riven could be a great option, especially for soloists. What do you guys think? Will the damage output even be close to good enough?

Its not about the nerf 😛

I changed my energy color to black but even now I still get the blue tinge/bubble whenever I use my charged attack. Is it possible to have that removed please? Nothing game changing and all, just a small preference.

[Optimum settings for network?]

I play from Canada and I have set my region to North America so region isn't an issue. I'd like to think that my internet isn't top notch but it should be good enough, although it does fluctuate a lot from 7 mbps all the way to 50 kbps. 

What I wanted to ask was that the game has a lot of network settings like ports and ping which I admit I don't really understand, so if anyone can let me know what settings to keep that would be a great help.
