[I always crash on Orb of Vallis]

When I try to enter on Orb of Vallis after 10 seconds of being in the elevator my game crashes and reports that the PC is out of memory, I play the game smoothly with around 40-60 FPS everywhere, although my PC only has 4gb of ram. Is that the problem here? I would love to try Orb of Vallis, however, I tried almost everything and nothing works.
