[Railjack missions not spawning enough crewships to complete]

This is happening to me right now. I'm sitting in a mission that requires me to kill 2 crewships, and there was only one. Wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to complete an incompletable mission. Just have to abort, which pisses me off.

[Add "Avoid Player" Option]

I have been joined multiple times by the same player that I have already "ignored" while on "public" setting. Ignoring does not stop them from entering your game. He boards my Railjack, sits at a turret, and does nothing at all. Before I ignored him, I asked him to help, and he refused. I'd rather not quit or fail missions on purpose just to discourage the behavior. Please add a way to avoid certain players, or at least disqualify them from rewards if they sit AFK like in some defense missions.

This topic was already made and closed, despite never being implemented, so I made a new one so DE could see we still want this.

[Occupied Railjack Slingshot Causes Glitch]

Interacting with the slingshot on the Railjack while another player is loaded in it causes me to no longer be able to pilot, use turrets, leave the ship, or interact with any object aboard the Railjack. I can still use Warframe abilities, guns, melee, tactical abilities and omnitool, but cannot use my operator form. This has happened twice to me in the span of two hours.

[Railjack - Falling Forever]

If you're aboard a Grineer ship when you finish the Railjack quest, the level despawns around you and you fall forever. You just have to abort the mission because you never escape.

[Sortie Sabotage Uncompletable]

First sortie mission on 08/08/2019 (sabotage), mission had to be abandoned because we destroyed the sabotage target but it never registered as destroyed.

[Trapped in Orange Abyss (ESO)]

Zone 3 of the Elite Sanctuary Onslaught on 08/07/2019, precisely at the moment the next conduit spawns, the screen goes orange. I can still attack, move the camera and activate abilities, but the entire environment, including my warframe and all enemies, is gone. I just see the orange sky background everywhere. I figured the timer would just boot me out, but no. I waited and waited, and just had to abort the mission.

[Fissure Freezes When Host Leaves]

Same. I was doing Axi fissure T4 on Xini, Eris and on two separate occasions, the host left and the mission simply froze. Nobody could move, turn the camera or do anything. Then after 10-15 seconds, it booted us all back to our orbiters.

[Frozen in Assassination Mission]

This has happened to me twice in a row. I loaded into an assassination mission as the boss' cutscene plays, only to find I couldn't move. Even when I died and got revived, I couldn't move or even turn the camera. All I could do was type to my squad that I was glitched and couldn't move. First it happened to me on Vay Hek, then it happened to me again on Lech Kril. I tried the /unstuck command, which moved my character model a little, but I still couldn't move.

[Fortuna Amp]

I'm also having issues with this. I crafted multiple amps with Onkko on Earth using both Cetus and Fortuna parts. The amps display backwards on the Operator's arm in both the equipment screen and in a mission. Pieces of the amp go through the Operator's hand. The amp seems to "snap" to a correct, forward-facing direction once it is used in the mission. Once the mission is over, it goes back to being backwards.
