Stalkers gotten a lot smarter and tougher since he was added. Here are some things that easily made stalker the most MLG and Trolly tenno in our order:
He will target the cryopod instead of you in MD and defense missions
He rarely drops anything other then common mods (such as slash dash)
Even when he was newer he had Instant kill weapons like his lvl 30 schindo and braton vandal
He has even more deadly and more demonic weapons that can kill a frost prime that's lvl 30 within a minute
He has the best warframe a abilities that are even more amped up
Darvo thinks he is dead (The stalker discount package all over again)
He cowardly leaves at 10% health
Even though he has a demonic exalibur he is just about as fast as a loki
He can dodge and destroy and make useless all of your warframe abilities including invisibility and iron skin
He talks in the 3rd person
He will kill enemies in survival missions which causes the corpse to drop no life support and will camp life support
Purposely screws up stealth runs
Comes as soon as your so close to finishing a mastery test
He stalks in tutorial

So I think instead of targeting the player he tries to get revenge on you by say camping by the life support, killing the pod and kill the vip and glitching it .
He wants revenge for hunting him down and "killing" him during a favor for darvo.
Stalkers MAD.

I think they should add mods that help in the conclave itself because aura and other ones aren't as effective to players as to mobs. Here are some of my ideas for conclave mods:
Tenno radar: allows you to see players highlighted and shown on the mini map like theif's wit.
Distraction: creates a realistic decoy that walks and will change weapons actually drawing other players attention
Plus some new mechanics that I thought of as well:
Dodge: if you crouch while a enemy is swinging a heavy melee weapon at you , a shot cutscene of you "matrix' slow motion
dodging the swing
Climb: allows players to climb walls like tarzan, but this will cost 20 energy per 10 seconds

I would like a frame that looks like a Tenno version of the armor worn by grineer bombards exept it is less plated. Also make sure it has the grineer mask

Ever head of swiss the new stalker.
Hes a hacker that follows you with a ignis and brakk that shoot 400 meters and will have infinite energy with a valkyr with bastel helmet and joins on solos and invite only.
If you ask me it creeps me out.
