It's IP Bann...try hotspon on mobile with phone data...no problem with login...and turn on wifi login failed..so it,s IP Bann..but i don't know why...

Yes, i think cosmetics..on switch is really low stuff then xone or ps4...on xbox is really nice cosmetics stuff but...on switch nothing...thats not fair 😞
