[Basmu needs bugfixes and tweaks (suggestions in post)]

The alt fire needs a huge range buff too, because as it currently is, you have

Recently, with the railjack weapons rebalance with the railjack revisited update, every RJ weapon was balanced to an acceptable level as deemed by the community. However, there was a recently patched issue with projectile weapons having increased crit chance which existed while this balancing was taking place, leaving all of the railjack weapons underpowered after this was patched out. You should consider increasing the critical chance on weapons by default for effected railjack weapons to fix this
