[Update glitch?]

So my game keeps informing me that there is an update - please restart game for update. There is no update. Log back into the game, try to start mission, pop up informing me that the update is available and needs to downloaded to start missions.

I'm basically locked out of the game because of whatever this is. Please let me know what's happening.
