[Trade Items Not recieved]

I traded plat for a paris prime grip and the plat was taken while the item was not received. I can see that I have the item on the foundry for the blueprint but clicking the bow to create it does nothing. The grip is not however in my inventory and my plat has been taken. The seller also does not have the plat or the grip confirmed. What the hell is going on?

Edit:
Ok so I figured out logging out and back in gave me the item but I still cannot build it. Clicking on the Paris Prime in the foundry does nothing besides making a bleep noise.
