[Quest for Inaros Vessel not working]

I've got the first Vessel full but nothing is happening. Baro Ki'Teer just tells me to keep going. Killed a bunch more Grineer Seekers(screen color change triggered whenever I got one) just in case the jar wasn't actually COMPLETELY FULL and still nothing. Super frustrating, please help!!!
