I want to put a bunch of badges going down my whole arm....
Um, sarcasm?
Even if it is sarcasm i'm not asking alot. Just a few changes to customization...If it was outrageous I could see why anyone would make this comment but it really is something that should've been implemented when the alliance badge was released to begin with...
If you aren't being sarcastic...Then to each thier own but it'd be fairly awkward to be honest.

One thing I think would be interesting is to have a velvet wall somewhere on the Liset where all of our badges are on display as well. I also feel that we should not only get shoulder badges to be whatever we please, but get one on the chest too. And allow them to repeat. Have a Tethra badge on one shoulder, Clan on the other and the chest and Cicero badge on the helmet or something. More customization is always welcome.
I can see this being useful. However the liset one might take a few weeks for them to do. Im just curious as to would DE ever do it, and I think yeah they would. The badge system was designed before all these badges existed and I think they need to take another look at it to be honest. Even the smallest change which I am asking would be a step in the right direction.
Duping badges is an interesting thought and one I honestly never thought of...I think itd be kinda weird though for a badge on your frames chest...Unless you can elaborate on how that would look I think it'd be kinda weird to have a small badge just plopped on your frames chest xD

So before I start I'd like to state this isn't complaints about not getting a badge, prices, etc.
-This is mainly a topic aimed toward DE staff but also aimed towards the community-
I have a clan badge, tons of event badges, and the newest is alliance badge. However I prefer my Animated tethra's doom badge as my alt badge on my warframes.
Would it be to much if I asked DE to allow us the choice of Clan badge or Alliance Badge on the right side of the frame? So I can wear my alliance badge instead of my clan one.
It'd be really nice to have my alliance badge in place of my Clan badge and still be able to wear my vortex on my arm.

So I absolutely suck at drawing as of High school year, I got the jitters and cant draw a line to save my life.
However my friend and I were wanting to start a clan in hopes of creating an alliance of more...mature players. Creating a fun gaming community and hopefully restoring my love for the game.
Our clans called "Forgotten Order"
We were thinking a Lotus emblem in the background and possibly a Skana and Braton crossed in the middle.
Secondary thought was Lotus emblem with Excal, Mag, Loki, Nyx, and Frost in the front like they are posed in alot of pictures on the web. in between that our clan name?
Heck if you have any neat ideas send em. Id be more than glad to see them.

the problem with nova is that with m-prime the enemies explode 2 seconds after they are dead so no real chain reaction.
btw what does "cc" stand for ?

Awesome, At long last I can stop needing shutdown Warframe and restart :D The Moody darkening of the screen was cool till I realised my game was locked up.
Side Note love the 2 new kubrow patterns in the market, And thank you for keeping the current patterns only obtainable through breeding....Ahd they been a plat thing I wouldve felt so pissed for all the time I spen breeding them perfect Kubrow.

Braton Vandal wasn't a Event Weapon so it's excluded. First and only Vandal Event Weapon was the Snipetron Vandal. All the other Vandals were closed beta exclusives. No closed beta = no Braton/Lato Vandal. It's that easy.
Yeah, Braton Vandal was a gift to all closed beta players wasn't it? Yeah im pretty sure everyone knows that a dead topic xD

The mods should only be timed exclusives, they should be released to everyone eventually.
But the Brakk was not an event exclusive, sure it was handed out in the same way as event weapons but there is one major difference between it and every actual event weapon in the game it was not a Vandal/wraith it also was a completely new weapon. These are what makes the Brakk not an event weapon, you could also argue that the fact that it can be obtained after the event ended as proof that it is not an event weapon.

I still feel DE should've gave some warning before the blind side though. It was arguably too soon to be released :P

Founders gear, keep exclusive. They were promised exclusive, and they dished out some hard cash for it.
As for event weapons, I think it would be good to let people get them. At the moment, event weapons might be better than their non-event counterparts, but they aren't the weapons to end all weapons. They're just upgrades. Hek, I rarely see anyone using Wraith/Vandal weapons these days. Then again, I think I see the original weapons even less often than I see their event versions.
The only downside to making them obtainable is that the originals would become obsolete in the long run, aside from just using until you get the Wraith/Vandal version.
As for mods, they may or may not be released in time, as I'm sure the weapons will. No strong feelings on them, but I'd kinda like them to pop up in some way (not just more nightmare mods hopefully)
Also, no, this is not simply so I can get the Snipetron Vandal that was so cruely ripped from my hands >.>
most of the weapons are scrapped anyway for a better one. Might as well allow them access to its more powerful counterpart.
Not to mention its not like they appear daily 2 times a year keep the pool down, and making it single player only keep sit even lower.
As for the founders gear, I agree they dished a ton of money out for it. However even most founders would like more from it than they got.

Braton Vandal falls under the "Closed Beta only" exclusives, too and will never come back.
That's pretty good to hear. I was always told all event weapons were exclusive so thats really nice to know if a debate in game breaks out to shut it down quickly.

DE has stated that event weapons will be returning in the future as they were put into a "Disney Vault" for them to pull out for future event rewards.
The mods, aside from prime chamber, have been stated to eventually make its way to the nightmare drop tables. As for when its up to DE.
As for primed chamber he is a quote from DE Rebecca herself:
So it will probably return as another top 100 type reward like the first time.
The only rewards which have been stated to never make a return are:
-Founders Gear (Lato, Skana and Excalibur Prime)
-Closed beta rewards (Lato and Braton vandal)
They never made a statement that the event rewards are permanently exclusive, and have actually stated the opposite.
When they return is all up to DE though.

I myself took a leave from the game around the time of the snipetron vandal and indeed feel the pain from doing so.
As for the founders deal, I wonder if founders would actually prefer a founders skin for the original 8 frames rather than just having excal prime? Changing the model entirely and changing the frame name in a lobby to show of even more hahaa.

Let's be perfectly honest not everyone likes excal prime including founders I hear it alot "Just using him to show off for a bit" maybe make these skins do what excal prime does and give all frames a shield recharge increase while still doing whats listed above? I don't know just brain storming.

also i hope tethras/cicero mods etc don't get introduced into the actual game as they're one of the few mods that have value left.
also I don't have cicero mods as i started well after cicero ended, but i still dont want to see them obtainable..
Well, in my opinion if they choose to leave them exclusive to the event then theres enough players with them to have them in circulation. The prices might increase but i guess in some way that helps DE :P

Yeah, They said the same about it. In order for it to work every founder would have to get to a compromise and DE would have to a signed list to prevent blowback.
Well, a livestream said a "disney vault event" So im curious as to how they planned to do so.

instead of founders packs being re-released, the game should have another crowdfunding fundraiser to add more major updates if they need to, and then offer a new pack only obtainable via crowdfunding (kinda like buying plat, except helping the game itself)

Mods? Double Stat mods will eventually make it to Nightmare mode tables, probably when there'll be the whole set of them (Fire and Ice are still missing). as for Primed Chamber? Does it really matter? Probably only gun when it does wonders is Vectis, and sniper players in Warframe are pretty rare. Besides, it's PvE game, so it gives no advantage over other players.
I feel the same about primed chamber hahaa. kinda pointless with snipers being as crap as they are in terms long range damage.
I figured they would, alot of players up in arms about this subject and personally I don't care the event saved the farming time :P

Founders Gear will never again be released due to legal issues. If DE would release FG again, every founder would have every right to sue them and demand their money back, because they were promised exclusive items and the items are no longer exclusive.
No, FG will never come back, EOT.
Only other rewards that are 100% exclusive are Lato Vandal that was given to every Closed Beta Tester and (I'm 90% sure) Braton Vandal that was given to all people participating in Open Beta Weekend.
Brakk and Detron were never promised to be exclusive. Only (semi)exclusive weapons are Wraiths, Vandals and Dex.

Did I say to reopen the Founders Gear? I was told by founders their opinion, Its a discussion on what the majority think about it. I simply put in a possible way to do it without alienating the founders entirely.
As for your comment on (Semi)Exclusive items. What do you mean by this? Im pretty sure any Wraith and Vandal were promised exclusive until a stream when they spoke of they "Disney Vault Event"
Back to the founders subject, if the founders agreed ti release the primes in exchange for something else then DE could do so in anyway they pleased. Im not saying it was every founder who said what I said but it seems alot of founders are 50 50 on this. THeres some that DON'T want it released (Which by all means they have the right to and I partially agree to this) but there are other that would allow it in return for something...More.

Theres a rule I asked for this to be respectful. and I stated in the start it was a curiosity more than anything as i can't enter a warframe chat without it coming up and frankly im tired of hearing it.

The Brakk and the Detron were never event exclusives. That is why they were later released not because people whined about it.
Event Items, no one ever says they are exclusive. Event items should be and stay exclusive.
The Detron I though was a great addition along with the harvester. Since it wasn't officially given out as an event item due to corpus losing the gradivus dilemma.
The Brakk was an event weapon and should've also followed the exclusive pattern. It was brought out like an event weapon normally is, what made it so different?
And i'm curious on your thoughts on the mods as well another BIG issue at the moment.

Before I start I'd like to clear this up right now. I have no bias towards this topic i'm merely curious , I hear alot about it and wonder what the magical forums think.
So to start off i'd like to mention the big ones first off Founders Gear-
Yes, It is exclusive I know, this Topic is a touchy one and I would like to take baby steps if I can with this.
I've been speaking to a few founders and they feel that Excal, Skana, and the Lato shouldn't be locked behind not only a paywall but a closed pay wall.
They wouldn't like them released though without something of a trade off...
This trade off being something of a nightmare wall. they'd want them to be almost the hardest stuff to get like Tier 6 void def/surv at 40min for a bp drop. (this alone would knock out most players and leave only the most advanced to be able to farm for it)
Not only this but they said to make it fair to them they would MUCH rather have a Founders skin COMPLETELY exclusive to founders much like the Proto armor skin was for the anniversary to any player fortunate enough to pay the 150p price. Like a new model for the original 8 frames.
They also said the only thing they'd be good with letting go is the primes...Nothing more.
The next ones i'm going to bring up is Event Weapons AND Event Rewards-
The rule for event weapons is they stay exclusive this was true till they Brakk was released by DE in a blind side move to the event winners.
With this being done it opened up room for discussion of previous event weapons ALSO being re-released.
To start off i've heard some examples of ideas to do this fairly and again keep the players running around with them to a bare minimum.
First off in U14 the Release of player ships is a huge deal. With this i thought maybe with the quests system previous events can pop up and random times. Have it set for 2 a year at 12 hour intervals to do said event.
Much like the previous plan, make it hard as possible to complete but still be obtainable. I.E. make it solo only no teammates can help you out.
Only the event WEAPONS can be given as rewards and in a bp form. Where you need its counter part and a material only farmable from other types of quests...
(These quests have 12 hour cycles so if you miss it you miss it)
The quest only appears client side NOT globally.
The reason I thought of these ideas was mainly because I was sick of the debate and wanted a resolution in which both sides would be happy with outcome.
As I Stated before DE made a HUGE opening/mistake in debate by releasing the brakk as a farmable drop and basically B**** slapping anyone that participated in the event and put up with those bugs match after match.
(not to mention mutation mods which now open the door for primed chamber, Cicero and Tethra mods as a drop in the game)
If this isn't an option why is DE knit picking what is exclusive and whats not?
Event weapons are to be exclusive by releasing one into the game and not giving any kind of reconciliation in the process.
Either make a rule that all event items are exclusive or give a bone to the players that lose that "exclusive item" by having it an in game drop.

Im honestly questioning whats really exclusive anymore. Vandals and Wraiths are immune from this? Will Dex ever be released because a forum post whining about missing it? Only thing said to be exclusive for sure is a Hard Cash Founders Items...Even then with all this said...How can we be sure?
Im curious to know the communities opinions on this issue.

So I heard an idea recently from a clan mate and it was brilliant, Sadly they don;t have time to post it on the forums or even mention it to warframe somehow indirectly.
He had an idea for a new market system and help alleviate warframe of it's rather grindy reputation. It was a new market system, basically works like clan research lab recently added but its not to that extent. The weapons and warframes in the market can be placed in a Manufacturing market. New players can work to get the frames they want and still have incentive to complete maps to get said resources needed to complete the frame. Time to research would be 12 hours or instant for bp and parts research unlike the clans 3d research for all parts. Weapons would work similarly except those wouldn't necessarily be the same way the weapons you would need materials to craft it as always but the blue prints would take 6 hours to research and then once done you can buy it and build it in the foundry same as always. potatoes are fine the way they are via alerts and plat purchases, forma and those types of materials are fine also. This is an idea to make the game 100% free to play without making DE poor, Skins and cosmetics i think could still have their own area for plat only but What if you made the color pallet you start with unlockable without plat purchase to give some variety to the new players, to unlock the pallet you have to do a certain amount of stuff related to the codex or something? (give us a reason to use that thing :P) materials would be needed more but the grind wouldn't be as intense warframe wise. Vauban could be a frame in the manufacturing market that is either really expensive material wise to get ahold of or is mastery locked or both. Now im seeing a plat drop here so well fix this with if you want to autobuy a frame or weapon you can via another tab. Now this market to feel less money grabby should not have the plat market first tab but be near the end and have it catch the users attention but not feel overwhelmed. Darvo could have a tab only unlocked when he has a deal. next thing to make this game as i said truly free to play is craftable inventory spaces- I know theres discussion on this and I think it has a place in the Manufacturing market, using the most expensive resources you can build one-idea would be mutagen mass,feildron,detonite ampule (all x3) and a forma (just 1) for 1 space or you can craft 4 using a reactor, catalyst, a new resource? and 3 or 4 forma and take 3 days to build. so it would still be easier to buy with 20 plat for 1 or 12 plat for 2 weapon slots-but at the same time allows players an opportunity to get it without playing plat. It would free boss drops to special weapons like Vors seer, allowing a grind still but not as necessary to continue the game.
Now back to the inventory slots. the crafting recipes i gave you is for an OMNI slot, basically its just a slot till something is placed in it. THEN it becomes a dedicated weapon slot or warframe slot based on what you placed in it (or simply have a button gui to select the choice).
The reason im placing clan resources in the recipe is because these are tangible WITHOUT a clan because the infested alerts (in fact because of this it would give players a reason to do them). Stalker and harvester can still drop their gear. This is a simple idea to remove grinding frames and put a bit of fun into the game. being able to choose the frame you'd like to play rather than being forced to use another till then.
This is a basic idea he stated in a teamspeak discussion that I though and fleshed out a bit more, His idea was so intelligent and I couldn't help but release the idea. It's really a space and time manager. clears stuff out and allows more room for extra content. I have an idea for primes also in the New market- They can be researched same as the rest but require a new material of some kind to build it, weapons are kind of the same but would require the original counterpart perhaps NEEDS to be rank 30?) It would allow more primes to be added and less reliant on drop tables which are being changed and morphed it seems every new prime. Also removed stress of adding a new area to house the coming primes.
Market 2.0- Manufacturing Market (or think of cooler names) is a way to make less grind frame and keep players excited. All the veterans are falling offline based on they've seen and done it all- Give them a reason to play without the grind. As for platinum- There would still be a need for it and wouldn't affect sales in slightest (in fact it may boost sales to rush research and or just buy the stuff to make the research.
Tell me what you guys liked and didn't like about this idea- I'm curious do you like the idea and if not all of it what would you change?

Dredds' badge is awesome but it isnt 3d. The badges being 3D would look wonky tonk to be honest again. However if they would be like the flat images I could see it being amazing!
EDIT: I accidently deleted dredds [ic with the backspace :( but imagine it being there, Or just scroll up :P
