Past Orokin derelicts, where star light pales
We were called to wake, and now fight for her sake
To find our purpose and answers without fail

The Tenno of old, birthed from the Void's screams
They slew Sentients and Orokin kings
Their battle won, they left, their duty done
Away to sleep and dream a second dream

Silver crowns, platinum vessels, and gem encrusted shawzins
Her halls and towers, gleamed with gold and power
Her foundations built on precious stones and the souls of men

The planets were bleeding, their lakes turned to dunes
The kubrows were howling, at a shattered moon
The cities burned away, from dusk to day
The people wept and fell, holding naught but wounds

Though our foes are many, our allies few
