[Mastery Rank 19 Stuck on Ramp]

/unstuck does not fix the problem.

I got a sneak attack on an enemy on a ramp and then proceeded to fall through the map. When I spawned up top I became stuck. Cannot crouch, slide, jump, attack, or change the direction my character is facing while stuck. I was using Ivara with Orthos Prime. Reproduced bug on the very next day.
