[Just dissolved some mods for endo, but did not received any of it.]

Hello, i'm having a little issue here that i need some help with. I've been dissolving some mods for some endos, but i did not get any of it. I just dissolved 2 mods yesterday, did not get any endos. and thought it was just a glitch, so i turned it off and till this morning, i dissolved one of the mods. But i still didn't received any endos. Was this suppose to happen?
