[Ability use prevented during Orb Vallis bounty]

In a recent Orb Vallis bounty I was unable to use abilities for the entire duration, start to finish. Any time I tried I was given the message "ability use prevented" in the bottom right, and blue rings briefly appeared around my Rhino. Here's a screenshot of it happening. I have more from different bounty stages, but they all just show the same thing. The issue was fixed when I exited the Vallis, after the bounty was completed.

[Progression Impeded by Non-functioning "Green" Door]

I just had the exact same issue two times in a row. First the exit from Alad V was blocked and a door in the middle of a syndicate spy mission. Both times had to abort.
