we've seen only one side of that ad box, maybe check the box from the sidewalk, from the street you can find the ad, but you might need to get out and check behind it to find the mark, just a hunch though.

check the sides and back of the billboard, from the other angle it looked like it had room for more ads?

is a possibility, ads can change quite frequently sometimes, especially in the city that never sleeps, just a guess though given didn't someone say they went to one of the coordinates and it wasn't there?

that or if they where posters ads, someone could of been a prankster in those two locations and tore them down, or decided not to put them up, that being just a guess at some possibilities though, or covered them up with a new ad

Biz has posted two of the ones found, meaning he'll likely post the others when he gets online to see them, all in all, we just need to be patient and wait for them to be found and tweeted, patience is a virtue as they say.

I was thinking more her ultimate could involve her being able to freely melee and harvest up to eight blood orbs at a time, and having it work similar to wielding a melee and pistol, melee to harvest the blood balls, then clicking to launch em in your foes faces, just my idea on an ultimate tweak, keep it unique while going with the exhalted weapon build everyone seems to want

It has been happening to me as well, granted not only in the plains, but is the most severe there given the defense nodes, objective nodes and convergence orb pop-up indicators are flooding the HUD every so often in every direction possible and three in the middle.

here are a few more bugs involving fishing.
1.when fishing there is a chance the spear takes awhile to correctly return to you, freezing you in place making you an easy target until the spear decides to finally return correctly.
2. getting stuck randomly entirely being unable to do anything except access menus or use /unstuck, granted only works once and can get stuck again randomly making you have to plead for death to come or abort losing your haul as you can't swap items, when stuck and in a place Grineer and Eidolon don't spawn your left having to abort.

I've noticed that Defense and interception missions end up starting the defense/interception waves even when you have not triggered the start of it, giving you almost no time to loot lockers and get prepared for it, especially bad when it decides to happen on a sortie mission on a tile set where you need to go up an elevator to get to the defense/interception targets.
massive frame rate drops when opening warframe on its own, including the launcher causing frame rate drops for the rest of the computer and causing the game to be unplayable both solo or a pain when trying to invite clan mates and friends as the lockups make it take multiple attempts to bring in friends, which has gotten worse then it was for older computers back with specters of the rails or the sword alone on how badly it begins locking up when bringing other members into the squad while in mission or after they've been kicked from squad at the loading screen
