[Performance pls help]

Can someone help me? before when I entered a level the screen was locked but after a while it returned to normal and I entered the level. the same thing to get into the game. now it does not lock but lags too much, my fps die, can not play

[Bug in Fortuna and Cetus]

When I enter the Fortuna elevator my game simply continues with sound but the image stands still, as if it crashed but with sound. The same happens
 when I try to enter the plains of Cetus. I play Warframe on my notebook and I even have a reasonable fps when I play with the low graphics, but when I go to Fortuna or Cetus it happens. Please respond quickly so I can not make some important levels.
