    I can accept offers as well for few days
    As you can see almost max stats possible and high negative which is good in this case cause you will proc more gas instead of useless impact procs

    Here is a GIF to show how it performs (keep in mind the targets got lots of armor if you remove it , it will do whole lot more)

    elementals are not affected by -IPS rolls
