Nyx all the way, she is one of the frames that you can bring on any mission and still kick butt :D

 

Absorb is great for when you're surrounded by enemies and losing health, you regain your shields and can kill all the fools around you :D

 

Chaos is helpful in any situation, especially if your trying to level up new weapons and they're still not really good. You can sit around shoot or slashing them without being shot to death. 

 

Mind control helps more in solo play as my team mates usually just shoot the guy.

 

I don't even use psychic bolts, oops
