[Arbitration Bug Missing Rewards]

The same thing happened to me twice in two days, while leveling in Ophelia on Uranus. The first time was some awesome mod that applies slash with crit or something like that (not entirely sure, curse my short memory...), i barely managed to read it on the popup, but when i finished mission, i didn't have it. The second time i got 3d condition overload plus third hells chamber, but when i finished mission rewards screen stated that i only won hells chamber and nothing else for 33 min survival, after a min or two i checked the screen again, all rewards were there, but none in my inventory :/ Both me and the host were laggy, so probably that's the issue. No idea how to contact staff tho, it's not like opening ticket in WoW :D if you find a way to resolve this, please share it here!
