It’s probably not a feature. Are we even meant to be able to damage those?
I imagine a lot more would have been accidentally destroyed like barrels if that was that case. Maybe something odd with Wukong's twin? With that being said, that statue did have an affinity of 96, so that value is at least programmed somewhere in the game files.
I have no idea as you can see in the video with my very confused back and forth.

Could you elaborate a little more? I watched the video and don't see anything wrong.
He destroyed the Ayatan statue and thought I would not notice.

I have found the double agent.
I take it him destroying the ayatan statue is a feature?
Edit: Not an ayatan statue, but orokin drone. Thanks, NekroArts. As you were.

At the moment having reload and context action on the same button is very problematic. You can uncouple these in the options but then we have to sacrifice another button to make the reload which is virtually impossible. The system almost offer a solution in being able to set melee to be controlled via the weapon fire button, but this is only viable in freeing up a button if the melee slot weapon was available in the weapon select list that the appropriate buttons cycles through.
The best alternative I see is offer the ability to map controller buttons based on press length (similar to the action on the ability button). This way players could map reload to a long press of the same button that has a short press action bound to contextual (or whatever way or configuration the user wishes to bind their inputs).
If you are reading this and you play on PC with a controller then this is not a problem you have as PC users have access to the Steam controller configuration which is incredibly powerful. If you know how you can do everything I have suggested simply with the Steam overlay interface, allowing you to fine tune the very specifics of your controller preferences.
