On the PC, upon exiting the crewship after blowing up the radiator, I get locked in "purgatory" or the gray screen where it's in between archwing and my warframe.

I've seen it has happened on other platforms as well.
The frame I was using was a Mirage, while wielding a Cernos Prime, Secura Dual Cestra, Ceti Lacera, Dethcube Prime, Dethcube gun.

Just ran into the same problem however only with the pulse turbine inner door (to reach the reactor).
It's now happened twice.
We've had to abort in all cases.
The first time it was Phanghoul Satellites.
The other might have been Rian Belt.
Generally the pulse turbine mission.
I'd strongly suggest to check the coding for all doors.
While on mission, I thought you guys should consider alternative routes in level design similar to Corpus spy missions (like vents with breakable hatches) so that even if a door glitches (and you haven't fixed it yet), there's still a way to finish the mission.
Think of games like Deus Ex Human Revolution or Metal Gear Solid.

Just built a Cernos Prime and I'm having the same issue as well...

Also since the update, the Spore Ephemera is the only ephemera that works properly when looking at the character on the orbiter.
Not sure if it appears properly in game play either.
When other Ephemera are selected (like Fae), it does not show up properly.

Supposedly Investigator and Targeting Receptor mods are supposed to appear when the Helios is crafted.
Unfortunately when I crafted mine, only Targeting Receptor appeared and Investigator was missing.
Logging off and on did not correct this.

Glaives using the Power Throw mod pass right through enemies and do no damage.
Or they pass through objects.
This happens all the time.
When using a normal Throw (holding E or quick melee button) it sometimes works - that's it.
Stuck Floating When Heading for 2nd Radiator

Veil Prox ship killer platform.
When trying to reach the 2nd radiator the map forces me to float above the doorway leading to it.
I can't go through the doorway to reach the radiator.
"/unstuck" doesn't do anything
