All you have to do is choose a black with a tint of another color to achieve this,
All it is, is a visual bug where instead automatically updating the energy colors, they just 'Blend' the two

Also, why buy Nekros (or any frame/weapon for that matter, honestly), IMHO it's a waste of Pt. You should know by now, that everything can be farmed.
Especially when Nekros is so overpriced.

Why would I add crit damage mods to a weapon with 1% crit chance?
Are you talking about Critical delay? If so, you should specify critical delay.
Even then adding crit chance on 1% would be useless
