I never claimed to be an attorney. I'm just not stupid enough to buy platinum from a source other than DE.
Apparently you aren’t that “smart”. Where does that say that buying from a third party is prohibited? Not trying to be a jerk here but you started with your first comment. I have never exploited nor would I ever. Legally speaking this document would not hold up in a court of law.

I’ve put in several support tickets. This has been an issue for several weeks now. I came back after not playing for three months to find my account in a -10235 platinum deficit. I would like to resolve this issue ASAP so I can play. I have purchased from third parties in the past and did not think it was against the EULA or TOS as I have read them extensively and even had my lawyer friend look them over. No language specifically states that you cannot buy from a third party. That said, it appears as if the third party engaged in some shady business practices. I can appreciate that Digital Extremes is attempting to thwart this and won’t be purchasing from a third party again. Any help I can get from a dev or support to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. I’ve filed a motion to compel mediation. Thanks!
