[Permanently broken shawzin mallet keybind]

Changing any Shawzin keybind to "4" seems to make it permanently impossible to use Octavia's Mallet with the Shawzin.  Where the UI would normally show the representation of the "4" key, it instead says "<SHAWZIN_STEP_SEQUENCER>", and pressing 4 doesn't activate the mallet even after resetting Shawzin keybinds to default.
