  1. Shedu has a feature where putting fast hants on it (or buffing it with warframe buffs) makes it regenerate ammo as fast (or slow.. Lol) as it spends it, giving it "infinite ammo". This does not work on nintendo switch. I have tested in various forms including the simulacrum, unequiping every other piece of gear and mod and only leaving fast hands but it never worked. I have bought primed fast hands (which is not necessary in PC or console) and still did not get infinite ammo (i had like 50 consecutive rounds per mag and reloaded before the aoe pulse could show... But still). When starting a discussion forum about it people confirmed this "infinite ammo" feature still works in every other platform and speculated it could be because of difference in framerate.

Im obviously not gonna ask for a framerate buff, but i would really enjoy it if someone at DE could fix this for us nintendo switch tenno.

    Edit:

I went back in today and shedu worked fine all day long. I thought it was fixed but just a while ago i played a mission with a volt that used his buff on me. After the buff ended the shedu went back to not having infinite ammo, even with primed fast hands, and not just in that mission but every mission after that.

I remember the first game i played with shedu when i got it had a wisp buffing my fire rate

So i assume its a bug where shedus base values dont go back to normal after being buffed once.

...well at least it will be funny to run away from every buffing frame i see until this is fixed.

    Edit #2:

Third day and now the shedu can get buffed and go back to normal values but if their are frame drops the regen stops in its tracks...

So i guess it is more of a frame rate issue

have you tried this in Simulation or otherwise somewhere that the Framerate will be as high as possible?
because my guess the difference is (still) due to Framerate.

Ive tried it simulacrum, even tried removing every other mod besides fast hands (thinking multishot could be glitching it or something) still just the same.

Also if its genuinely a framerate difference... That hits hard..

it works with normal fast hands as well as long as you don't put +fire rate on OR some frame doesn't give a fire rate buff (wisp for example)

I didnt put any warframe buffs on and while testing in simulacrum took off every piece of my equipment as well as all warframe mods on warframe, still didnt work

maybe you mistaken basmu with shedu?
    340?cb=20200403210954
basmu the one that have rapid fire projectile with small aoe
    latest?cb=20191217140732

and shedu the one like have slower firerate with bigger aoe

No i mean shedu (i actually do get their names confused alot so sorry if i mixed them up at any point in the original post)

    Edit:

I went back in today (the next day) and it was fixed, all day long i had infinite ammo, but just now i went into a mission with a volt and after be buffed me once (with his speeeld and reload speed buff) it went back to consuming ammo, on all mission after that as well.

I remember the first game i played yesterday with my new basmu was with a wisp that buffed my fire rate.

So i guess its a bug, where the shedus base values for fire rate and reload speed dont go back to normal after they are buffed once...

  3. Whenever people talk about the shedu one of the main things they say (and/or show) is the "infinite ammo" feature, where placing fast hands on the weapon made it regen ammo just as fast as it spends it. Well in my case, if it wasnt for these tips before getting my hands on the weapon i would not have known about it; not because i wouldn't think to put reload speed on the weapon, but because it never worked for me. Ive seen various videos where they explicitly show off u dont need primed fast hands to do this, and yet ive bought and equiped a primed fast hands on my shedu only to see it still depletes (i have like 50 bullets on the mag & reload before the pulse comes out but still). i have seen that it got nerfed but nowhere do i find a change to its reload or anyone stating they lost this feature.

    So my question is:

Is it still a feature? Does it still work in PC? Does this weapon actually work differently on console? Can anyone confirm or deny my concern?

    (Im on nintendo switch)
