[Tenno Gen]

Im a somewhat older player (Im Mastery Rank 11) but i am newer to tenno gen. I ran warframe on desktop for the first time, i originally started on laptop, and when i went to equip a helmet for my Harrow I saw a tenno gen skin for the first time. Is there a explanation on why tenno gen is not on my laptop but is on my desktop? When i go to the market on my desktop and choose the tenno gen category it has glyph and weapon skins but no warframe skins. Please help!
