Yes looks like it happens on DX11 as well. Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Radeon RX 6950 XT, 32 GB RAM

After a few minutes into a resource farm my FPS drops significantly. At the start of the misison I have 300-400 fps and at the end I have like sub 20 fps drops.
