Yes, couldn’t hack. The console was glowing, but no UI to hack. Can’t finish mission.

This is back. It happens when the game is open and I need to change the controller batteries.

The bumpers, stick(center press), right buttons are effected and register double clicks. The xbox UI menus outside the game do not act as if getting clicked twice

The original problem I reported is a symptom, not the bug itself.

I tried to rank up a mod and when i tried to select how many ranks to go up.. it only goes by 2's. Up 2 and down 2 at a time.

My controller is registering double for buttons and bumpers. I'm going to try rebooting xbox to see if that resolves it. I'm leaving my issue up so if someone has the same symptom, they can check to see if the controller is registering double input

I've been able to reproduce this on both a warframe and weapons.

If you are modding a weapon and your cursor is in the mod area Y = Remove All. If you are over one mod(with mod in expanded view) Y = Remove. If I push Y when over one mod, all mods are cleared off. So right now the context doesn't matter. Y will always "remove all"
