  1. Hello there I'm writing this post to share my idea for rework of Infested faction to make them fresher and more challenging. My main idea is that most of enemies will have their normal and mutated versions which will be stronger and more specialized. This could provide felling that faction is evolving. Mutated units would look less similar to their original form (Grineer, Corpus) and they would be more similar to each other (similar colors betwen all Mutated units). Mutated enemis would rarely appear in missions below 20 level and commonly in missions above 20 level. It would look same with endless missions. In missions against Infested there would be chance to find Mutating Tumors which after dostroing would free mutated version of enemy or Mutagen Samples dropping in amount of 5-10 maybe. Destroyed Mutating Tumors could also had rare chance to drop Mutagen Mass. Moving to the enemies most of them would get bigger or smaller rework. 

     

    Volatile Runners 

    They would get visual upgrade in form of boils similar to Boiler ones. Their mechanics would stay the same but explosion of one Voltaile Runner could start chain reaction between them cousing multiple explosions. This type of enemy would not have its mutated version. 

    Runners 

    Normal runners will stay the same with apperance and mechanics but Mutated ones would get bone armor. Shooting in armored parts will make less damage to enemies. Mutated runners would have weaker spots made of flesh and would be a little bit slower than normal version. Leapers would be deleted. 

    Crawlers 

    Nromal units will stay as it was with Runners. In harder misiions more often would apper Electric and Toxic Crawlers:  

    • Electric units would have little tentacles on their back and changed color palette. Tentacles similiar to this wich Helmint Charger have. Therir attak would stay the same. 

    • Toxic units body would be covered with some boils containing toxin. Shooting boil would provide same effest as with destroying Nox helmet. If enemy would be killed shooting in flesh gives no toxic cloud effect. Their color palette would be changed. 

    Chargers 

    Normal units would get an remodeling. Units only attacks would be charge and hits wit head they would no longer use their legs for hits. There would be three types of Mutateg Chargers: 

    • Chargers with hard bone pice on head. Their charge would have high chance for dealig impact status effect (knockback). Shooting in bone pice deals less damage. 

    • Chargers with sharpened, bone crest on head. Their charge would have high chance for dealing slash status effect (bleed).  

    • Chargers with bone spikes on head. Their charge would have high chance for dealing puncture status effect (weaken). 

    All of Mutated Chargers would have the same Codex entry like eximus units have. 

    Ancients 

    They would not have mutated version but they apperar in mission similar to mutated units. They would get visual update. All of them would have like weakspots boils which destruction provides release of substances unique for each type. More destroyed boils provide bigger buff for allies. If Ancient is killed with boil destroyed would leave buff for small amount of time. Killing enemy without destroying boils have similar effect as it was with Toxin Crawlers. When 1/4 Ancients live is taken they are activating their auras by releasing special substances. Hook attack would be removed but attack with their longer arm have chance to disarm player like with Drahk Masters. 

    • Healer units special effect is giving some immunity for damage and small health regeneration for allies. 

    • Toxic units special effect is giving allies additional toxin damage to attacks. Fighting it would be similar to Toxin Crawler and Nox (in meanig of toxic effect). 

    • Third type would replace Distruptor. This unit would release hormones that gives allies buff to damage and slightly increasing their movement speed. 

    Mutalist Moas 

    Their normal versions would  be more similar to normal Moa. Swarm unit releases less spores than mutated unit. Tar unit fires only one tar grenade. Mutaded units would be same units as we have in game at the moment. 

    Mutalist Ospreys 

    Rework would look same as with Moas. Normal unit gas cloud would be smaller and less durable. Mutated units would be same as in the game. 

    Boilers and Brood Mothers 

    They would stay same as they are. Would have no mutated version and spawns similar to Ancients but maybe more common than them.

  2. Hello DE, i have two questions:

     

    1) Are you planning to renew apperance of old prime frames (Frost-Rhino) to make them look more like newer frames or maybe you planning to make special prime skins for them?

     

    2) Are you planning to change the look of Vauban Prime balls to make them more like prime?
