[Chat ban bug?]

My chat is constantly loading. I have acquired myself a chat ban because i may have stated that a certain frame has the properties a device or enclosure designed to catch and retain animals, typically by allowing entry but not exit or by catching hold of a part of the body. I have not gotten a message from any bots, just got my chat shut down, it has been 24 hours. Can i at least get info on the duration of my ban?
