[Quests not showing up in codex]

so I accidentally selected the limbo quest and all other inactive quests including the rely quest i'm trying to do vanished from the codex and the drones i need to scan on the unfortunately named planet Uranus will not appear.

it won't show them in the codex, that's the issue, and i'm posting this because the things needed to start the Natah quest have just stopped sowing up for me completely

So I chose the Limbo quest line by accident while i was playing. all other quests dissapered for me, and the UI won't show any other quests. 

any ideas on how to fix this, i've been stuck for a while.
