I have had this happen quite frequently as well. I thought it was something to do with the Tectonic Fracture augment being used, but it seems like it is related to transference out

I'm not sure what triggers this, but occasionally in missions with Atlas my Rumblers will time out, and attempting to hit the skill again gives me a message that the skill is still active. I have noticed this seems to happen more frequently when using the "Tectonic Fracture" augment, but cannot confirm if that is what is causing me being unable to activate Rumblers again.
edit: after seeing some other posts, this appears to be related to going into operator mode around the same time the Rumblers despawn?

For anyone interested, it seems to be related to high framerate. I usually run 120 frame limited, but turning it down to 30 made grinding actually work instead of your frame "losing balance" on the rail. Not sure if it is just related to high frame rates, but I had similar inconsistencies messing with vertical sync on/off.

Has anyone tried using it with the whole set? I don't have the rest of the mods so can't test it. Maybe it only works inside the field that is dropped down? (which would be sad...)

Equipping the new Tek Gravity mod doesn't appear to have any effect. On melee slam attacks no enemies are being pulled in within the 15m radius listed on the mod. This seems to be the case in the Simulacrum and out in normal missions.
Kavat Emissive Color Bug

I noticed a weird red glow wrapping around my Kavat that was not there before. I think it may be tied to the Emissive option on the Physique customization for the Kavat? No matter what I change it to, it seems to not affect the red glow color, and the glow is persistent in mission and on my ship. I only noticed it showing up today, and this effect was not there previously. Also, changing the emissive color does not appear to affect abilities like the Adarza Kavat crit buff, for me that has always been yellow, and I assume that is my Kavat's natural color, but no matter what I change the emissive to the crit buff effect remains yellow but this weird red glow remains a weird red glow.
