[Unlimited ammo bug]

While playing a fissure mission, I came across a bug that granted me temporary unlimited ammo for my Bramma. 

I suspect it had something to do with the fact I had Vigilante supplies equipped, which is the mod that allows you to transform different ammo types into ammo for your weapon and the vacuum mod on my Prisma shade. 

All the ammo drops would follow me around (not unlike an ephemera) and persist to not be picked up, leaving me at 14/15 arrows and never dipping below with this mess of ammo drops following me. Below are screenshots of what happened, and the build for my bramma and shade.

[Relic names missing?]

So, I was playing a NEO relic mission on Stephano, Uranus and as you can see in the image (I hope it has embedded properly) the names for the relics were replaced by something different. It in fact did not effect the status of the relic being used (intact/radiant, etc). I asked others in the match, and it appeared they were experiencing the same.  I was hosting the game, if that at all matters.
