[Plains of eidolon going back to cetus]

OK so I was in plains of eidolon and my teammates were extracting, which teleported me to extraction, but when I was supposed to be teleported, I was on a K-Drive, it kicked me off the K-Drive, and made me fall into the void, then disconnected me from the squad making me lose all the mission rewards we got from the bounty we did

[Vox Solaris first mission bug]

I was playing the Vox Solaris quest and ended up failed the first time I did it, and I went to try again, but then it didn't let me into the area to do it, and said I had to complete the quest to go into it, even though I was doing the quest
