[Shouldn't The Ether Melee Weapons Have Cold Elemental?]

So... I think that this is a completely logical ideea.

 

First of all, LORE-WISE , the Ether weapons were advertised as being a more humane way of killing. This leaves me with the sour taste that the developers didn't struggle too much with old weps to give them a reboot, even if that meant not giving them stat boost but making them diffrent. Coming back to the humane way of killing, the cold elemntal would freeze the enemies' struck body parts thus making them oblivious to what happened because of the numbness.

 

Second and last, i beleive there are no melee weps, heck , even rifles or secondaries that have the cold elemntal. This could add a bit to the variety of the innate elemntal weps.

 

 

What do you think about it?Does it deserve some attention?

It's supposed to be humane because of how sharp it is. When you're executing someone, you don't want to get a dull blade half way through them and have to start hacking away at them to kill them.

The three hour wait for use would probably be better received as a three hour debuff, even if it were close to 80% reduced damage/health/shields/armor.
