  1. Thanks for the tips! When I first started I accidently bought slots and wasted some free plat and also fooled around with mods and fused them or sold them all that in the mind of I can always reset the game lol so all the things I've done feels like bunch of wastes and I just feel unconfident of my Excalibur.. Could you direct me to beginners guide video or forum that I can learn some and look over my frame and try to gain back the confidence? Thanks! :D

Janzer has a 3 Video series titles Let's Learn Warframe that really helped me understand the basics of the game.

The Wikia is invaluable but should be noted that it's current with the PC version and the PS4 is behind a little.

  2. If you would spend 50 Plat for a reset, spend 75 Plat on a different Warframe. Mag is great to start with. Volt is also an option and a lot of fun.

Also, if you haven't read some of the getting started threads, do so immediately. Go to the Market and buy yourself a Braton (rifle) for Credits.. It will make a world of difference. As others have pointed out, Loki is a difficult starting Frame. I started with Loki and felt underpowered for a while. Or you could read up on Loki. If you use Invisibility and then Melee enemies you will do double damage with most weapons.

    Good luck!

  3. I think aim assist is very useful early on. This is a very fast paced game and in my early missions I suffered heavily from "wtf is going on, where am I going and what do I do?" Aim assist made the transition easier. The "pull" effect also made it easier to turn it off.

  4. From Wikia

Turns Loki and his sentinel completely invisible to enemies for 5 / 7 / 9 / 12 seconds with only a shimmering mist visible to players

. So there are your effects from upgrading your Invisibility Mod. Decoy also gets a longer a Duration.
  5. Hello everyone. Thought I'd come by and say hello. As my forum name (and thread title) suggests, I'm a PS4 player. I originally found Warframe very confusing and got put off a bit. I found a 3 video series to watch (by Janzer) and that gave me what I needed to get started. I'm now of the opinion that the steep learning curve is actually part of the allure of this game. I'm still scratching the surface.

I started as Loki and have hit Rank 20 so far. Master Rank (is that right?) 2. Love the game. Any serious Warframers looking for someone to party with can feel free to contact me.
