It could be we broke into a vault meant only for high ranking Grineer officials.
Originally, the pads would only detect the specific DNA strand of those individuals, but the void energy our frames possess mess with the faulty Grineer technology, mistaking our presence for their leader's. To ensure safety and identification, those high ranking Grineer officials are asked to stand on the pads in a certain order so the software can identify them and let them through.
This is perfect. Get promoted to "lore writer"

the only problem is on one corpus tile, in which the hacking room has lasers on the floor. No way to stop them if you go through the ventsI don't have any problem with the sensors. There is a path around all of them. Good to know, though.

apparently, limbo's riftwalk allows you to walk through lasers without setting off alarms.

Based off the excalibur proto prime thing that seemed to be misunderstood.
What i think would be a good idea would be special proto skins for the warframes. No, not the excal hayden tenno, actual prototypes of the frames you could find in orokin derelicts. Things like this:https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/386373-prototype-warframes-added-loki/
OR (also taken from proto prime thread) we could have a forma-like system, where your frame level wouls reset, but look more like A prototype.

-Ascended AI (Turned against their masters, use nanotech but cannot comprehend/assimilate Void-based tech)
this would be an intresting theory, but look at suda. when you visit her at the relay, the room dissolves revealing the void behind it, showing that suda can comprehend the technology. if it can, why can't the sentients?
