  1. Look im here fishing and minding my business on the other side of nowhere and im fishin.

    Suddenly i draw back my spear and im stuck! I cant move and theres this big fat fish infront of me, /unstuck doesnt work, theres no enemies around to end me, and i dont feel like restarting and deleting all the stuff i did until now!

    Is there a way i could get mah fish without restarting the game?

    This is the second time its happened, the first some enemies killed me when i stood there not being able to move.

    By using an actual 3d bubble, less globe and more water dome... it wouldn't even have to be that tall. It would mean players who want to shoot at enemies trapped in it, could do fire at range. We don't need more abilities that outright block line of sight / allied bullet fire. I really dislike those. Especially when they're mobile, like Hydroid's would be.

    Personally, the most egregious thing about Hydroid is that half his CC moves are Anti-Cooperative. Undertow and Tentacle Swarm need to be rethought a bit, so they don't horde enemies away from other players. And Frankly, Barrage & Tentacle Swarm are just plain redundant.

    @Chopx Think of this ability more like Oberon's second ability but its a bubble because of the water.

    @leadwolf1 It did make sense that it didn't make sense to make another globe ability, but you thought about something different and wanted to express it.

    So instead of fighting maybe try to understand what the other person was trying to say, the point of the globe is because of the water, as i said before. And don't worry it wont be like the other globes you've seen in the past because then DE wouldn't release it.

    And It's Understandable to not want another globe ability there's Frost and Limbo already.

    It's not worth fighting over.

    Frost, true does of a sort nullifies enemies but not by a large margin as its focused around protecting. (This is also why I didnt place any protection on the bubble i suggested)

    Mag, The only ability you can in a stretch call nullify is her 2nd ability but i wouldn't consider that a nullifying ability but rather a dmg cc ability.

    Limbo, Again this is more or a CC warframe. I Do see what you mean by nullify but its very different to the dome.

    To explain what i mean an ability to nullify is like Lokis Disarm or Mesas shooting gallery or maybe even Novas molecular Prime.

    First off my inspiration behind Hydroid is water, and water is most powerful when displayed in vast amounts, I believe that Hydroid could be an amazing Warframe with the developers skill.

    Basic Stats for Bubble.(calling it bubble because i think whoever actually sits down and makes all of this has the right to call it how they feel it should be called.)

    • Range 18m. so yes, its huge.
    • Energy Cost is 50.
    • DMG mods increase drowning tics. (Like in Undertow.)
    • Ability is active as long as user pleases. (It's a energy draining move)

    Effect On Enemies.

    • Enemy bullet flight speed is reduced by 20%. (This would add a dense watery aspect)
    • Enemies have a -30% accuracy (THEY ARE DROWNING FOR HEAVENS SAKE)
    • They get tic DMG same as the Undertow right now. (I think that the system made with the DPS is perfect if it covers more range like so)
    • If an enemy is caught in this they are silent and cannot alert enemies outside of the ring without visual sight. (Nobody hears your screams in the middle of the ocean)
    • This one I love, the heavier the enemy, the slower they go. And weight being the armor that the enemy has so, this would be a scaling ability. (This is just like in water)
    • All enemies get a 30% decrease in movement speed. (it would be rather weird to see someone run casually through water.)
    • A stone sinks faster then a feather. The more armor an enemy has the more damage it will take. (Not from guns and weapons but from the initial ability dmg and again, this scales and would make him viable for end game)
    • Rust affect A 5% tic scaling on enemy movement speed based on armor doubling every tic making its base speed go down, so even after bubble they will trend slowly. (The Science behind this one is that armor is metal and metal rusts, armor could be an amazing thing to have but like everything it has its downside in certain conditions.)
    • As well as the armor rusting, Impact Procs can "brake" their armor. When this happens their speed goes back to normal but they will have no armor. (If you dont have anything holding you back it doesn't make sense to be restrained, it also adds the the awareness of your actions. And of course it would only work if the enemies armor is rusted)
    • When the bubble goes down enemies stagger as they catch their breath and are open to finishers. (I like this Because it adds the reality into the picture)
    • Enemies are confused and always run into the middle and rarely find a way out.

    Effect on User and Allies.

    • Bullet speed is reduced by 10%. ( Still in water ya know but because Warframe weapons tend to be much more powerful they manage better.)
    • The low gravity passive is set on. (Again, Physics. But the range would have to be pretty good so you don't just hope out the bubble by accident.)
    • The most High armored enemy killed, based on a certain percentage would apply as additional armor on team (For allies Only the highest will buff them, while Hydroid gets the top 3, and if their armor is shattered or corrosified before killed, the armor wont help much, and of course this isn't a passive so enemy has to be killed in bubble, the idea behind this is that PIRATES LOOT MATE.)
    • All weapons are silent. (Water suppresses sound.)

    Casting.

    • I'm suggesting this move to substituent the second ability Tidal Surge, BUT i don't want to eliminate this ability ill discuss it more in the next part.
    • This cast takes energy per second, I think in order to balance Hydroid a second ability needs to have a draw back to be this effective. (The amount of energy I would say 4 but because i can't test this move I don't want to make a Static number.)
    • When this ability is deactivated it bursts and all water knocks down enemies in a 25m radius (every corner takes off 5m range.) Similar to how Tidal surge right now.

    Other Abilities Boosts. 

    • Tempest Barrage 
      • Better aim at enemies.
      • A light Drizzle that any enemy in radius will have their armor rusted. (See at the bottom what rusted is)
      • The initial charge become the base and the charge adds the drizzle.
      • Slightly longer knockdowns so it becomes easier to use finishers.
      • If it hits enemies in Undertow or bubble it causes that the tics double instantly. ( Knock the breath out of em.)

     

    • Undertow (Quite a bit to be talked about)
      • Since i said earlier about taking out Tidal Surge I think it should be joined to this ability.
        • When pressing sprint (Shift+Direction) it does the classic Tidal Surge But instead of knockdown it just absorbs the enemy.
        • When pressing crouch (Ctrl+Direction) It does what would happen right now if you use Tidal Surge in Undertow. ( And Half range)
        • The reason I applied the half range is because when you use the Shift mode Hydroid is Jumping up and making a scene and making him more visible, but when you use the crouch version he's completely undetectable.
        • When using the Crouch movement it doesn't absorb enemies during travel and travels under them undetectable.
      • Faster crawl.
      • Slightly Less energy cost.
      • Enemies stay in when crawling (This does not apply to the Sprint/Crouch move add that i said earlier.)
      • Enemies with more armor, drown faster. (Higher DMG Tics)
      • Enemies come out with rusted armor. (Look Down to understand what Rust is)
      • If an enemy is open to a finisher when absorbed, then undertow will cause 100% of melee finisher DMG on enemy. (New Synergy)

     

    • Tentacle Sworm
      • The charge becomes its base.
      • Charge adds Impact DMG that brake rusted armor. (New Synergy)
      • DMG increases by 5% with every enemy killed. (the Kraken Rages)
      • Higher base DMG would be nice.

     

    New Synergy For Bubble. {I DID NOT FORGET THE BEST PART (Other synergies either already exist or are discussed above)}

    • Tempest Barrage
      • When it rains inside the bubble the blast radius is increased by 20%. (More knockdowns=More CC=More survivability.)
      • Enemies that get hit their ticing DMG is instantly doubled. (Knock their Breath out.)
    • Undertow - This is hands down my favorite.
      • Since its already established that  he can turn into water, if he were to be in it he could maneuver as he pleases, making him move at his sprint speed, he can Force choke/drown an enemy by swimming into him and destroying him from the inside.
      • All enemies that were absorbed into hydroid by Undertow get realesed into the bubble. (Their ticing carries on their phase.) 
      • The DMG dealt is if enemy is open to finishers, 100% Finisher DMG based on melee weapon , If enemies are aware then 50%. After that 1/4% tic of the DMG dealt. DMG is dealt as long as Hydroid stays inside him, ignoring all armor. (He's bloody inside him.)
      • Maneuver as pleases literally means up, down, left, right.
      • He can still target enemies outside the bubble and drag them in.
      • For his augment the entire bubble becomes his radius.
    • Tentacle Swarm
      • When a tentacle grabbes an enemy it wont take it out the bubble but would rather smash it up inside the bubble after each hit increasing the initial DPS + the base damage of tentacle swarm.
      • If a tentacle doesn't have an enemy it will search outside the bubble for one and drag it in. ( Its reach from the bubble is 15 meters)
      • All tentacles will spawn inside bubble but, no matter where in the bubble it is, it still has a 15 radius to reach from the border.

    Hydroid Stats.

    • Shield decrese to 325
    • Health Increase to 450
      • Hydroid feels like a little of an ancient old Warframe maybe more natural would be the correct term so I believe health suits his persona better.
    • Energy Increase to 175 
      • Since he casts abilities a lot now, its unpractical for him to be only convenient with maximum efficiency and Primed Flow.

    Look Down to Understand Part.

    • Rust 
      • A 5% tic scaling on enemy movement speed based on armor doubling every tic making its base speed go down.
      • Armor Could be Broken with Impact procs.

     

    Appearance changes. (Not much to talk here they did a good job)

    • Tempest barrage.
      • Just the added Drizzle maybe with the tint of the energy color.
      • Already looks pretty good.
    • Bubble (calling it bubble because i think whoever actually sits down and makes all of this has the right to call it how they feel it should be called.)
      • Treasure. Everywhere. Lots of gold. Related image
      • Add also broken ship parts like so

      • AND In the Middle a Throne For the Kraken to be when summoned. (I couldn't find a picture but something like a bed of gold.)
    • Undertow
      • Already visually amazing.
    • Tentacle Swarm
      • Tentacles look damn fine now.
      • Maybe if the Kraken got a more shouting out appearance instead of a humble one.

    This is my intake on Hydroid, I really like the ocean and its depths so for this Warframe to be able have a ton o complexity and viability would mean a lot for me, and I'm sure many other.

Maybe when you equip both it sort of "nerfs" the sentinel and pet pulling it down to a moderate level perhaps it could be a entire new concept instead of making our pets and sentinels we know together, there could be a new kind of companion that is a combination of the 2 like a tag team companion with reduced stats and only one loadout set but could equip both sentinel and kurbrow/kavat mods (btw new kind of companion i mean entirely like they are born/built together as team) It would fix the OP part but does any have a part 2 or edit? I still think its possible to come to a conclusion but sacrifices will have to be made.

    Oh also once you combine two you cant combine either with any other companion for forma and reactor reasons. 

    Even if they come up with an awesome solution for pets I still think it would be nice to still have two companions even if they aren't more powerful.

  8. Well I'm probably not the first one to say this, but i still want to say it why dont we have 2 companions? 

    The big issue for companions is that if you have a Kurbrow/Kavat you cant pick anything up or Medi-Ray.

    And for sentinels is one death and its all over, besides most people prefer having a pet.

    Whats really's bothering me is why can't we have both? Their abilities are different as they should be because they are different things.

    Instead or making some weird vacuum for a pet just put both?

    Anyway since i mostly play solo it would be kinda nice to have 2 companions.

    Any Thoughts? Let me know on thread below!

    I never copied anyones ideas i sad down with a pen and just started writing i had no idea time warframe was such a big hit it was just something i wanted and something  worked on but cross my fingers hope 1 day

    1) Think of this as beta that's why i asked for help 

    2)Until there is a time warframe that everyone wants these concepts will carry on

  13. Okay so i get a lot of time without internet because i'm in bording school so i made warframes out of bordem , and i just found out there is a fan ideas page so hell, why not! I would love my frames in the game. First Praeteritum.  Her Story is how she lived a normal world which darkened and made her suffer and breakdown after the infestation had destroyed everything she loved, turning her beauty into madness and her life into sorrow. This virus corrupted her hometown. After all the damage that ripped her heart and soul she turned mad and heart broken far from every being recovered. She turned to the Orkin as her only hope , seeing how they could master powers of the tenno she wanted a power to take her back. The Orkin valuing a volunteer ,  took her back to their base and they built a warframe, Praeteritum. She then took Praeteritum far away from all the misery and used her warframe to travel to her past and live in the past for the rest of her days.

    Okay so here are the abilities:

    Time Shred 

    She Bursts a open plane of no time before her stopping everything no projectiles can be shot by either side only melee all enemies and projectiles freeze (This makes enemies slower movement only projectiles stop). (10 secs) 10 mana cast and 1 mana per secend 

    Memory Lane

    All enemies in a 3m radius of Praeteritum get shocked and suffer from their most terrifying memories and "what ifs" driving them made, attacking everything that moves. ( 7 sec radioactive) (15 Sec) 15 mana cost extra 1 mana per enemy

    Time Lapse 

    Praeteritum jumps back in time 3 seconds and restores her state from 3 secends before all ammo, mana, health, position, shields get reset to her previous state. Regular cost = 75 mana

    Clock Eclipse

    All time stops. Projectiles stop in midair, enemies don't move, lasers and cameras don't work. (Doesn't affect frames) Anything touched will be restored to time. (12 sec) 100 mana cost

     Power Strength |Time Shred: Slowers the enemies more or less. | Memory Lane: How crazy it makes them dealing more damage. | Time Lapse: Nothing. | Clock Eclipse: Nothing.

     Power Duration |Time Shred: How long. | Memory Lane: How long. | Time Lapse: How long back you are going to jump. | Clock Eclipse: How long.

     Power Range    | Time Shred: Radius of space. | Memory Lane: Radius of space. | Time Lapse: Nothing. | Clock Eclipse: Nothing.

    I also made augument mods so i should add em

    Stepping Stop (Time Shred)

    50% enemy to stop completely 

    Friendly Madness (Memory Lane)

    Instead of attacking anything that moves they will attack each other only 

    Old Fortune (Time Lapse)

    Plus 20 ammo of all kind 25 mana and 50 health to all enemies.

     

    Slow Recover (Clock Eclipse)

    Any enemy hit restores slowly and gets x2 finisher damage 

    She can be obtained by being extracted by excavation missions on earth that's where she rests. 

     

    Okay that's what i got i'm not a good drawer so i couldn't draw her but i had in mind a hat like this.

    very old fancy English style you will see her drinking tea with the queen sorta thing if anyone wants to draw her up please!

Instead of changing the survival we already have maybe there could be a new level altogether because changing something people like is messing with success and that's a bad idea BUT the idea of spying while others are fighting is good but all missions can be played solo (all normal types not raid) so just make it as if you enter the game as the other frame and lotus tells you "Another tenno is providing cover for you go and retrieve what you can out of this vessel" then you get spy mission , although a bit different whenever you hack depending on how well you infiltrate is how much chance you are gonna get a rarer reward also instead of going back and forth with prizes it gets saved auto, then when you finish a room lotus informs you of another if you get spotted then you need to hack and cannot continue without 100% undetection (if that's a word) and yip that's my idea also you can extract after 1st prize unlike spy. This will also make more space in void for more prime parts :D.
