Several things acting strange in the game

Community, developers, First I apologize for the bad English. Basically wanted to report a series of strange behaviors during the game (in various missions). For example, I activated Zephyr's tornadoes but the weapons weren't hitting the tornadoes. Also, I was doing some Invasions, and even though the enemies were at level 50, their resistance was out of the ordinary. Lastly, now I went to scan resources and mods for a Nightwave quest and I just can't scan resources. Thank you for your attention.
