[Chipper's "key details" not showing up when reaching max rank in Kahl's Garrison.]

After reaching rank 5 in Kahl's syndicate, Chipper's chest cavity never opened up for me.

I reached max rank as soon as it was possible, and just now, after scrolling through patch notes, i learned that his face was supposed to be shown just like in Solaris United.

In Hotfix's 32.1.1 patch notes, it was stated:

• Fixed Chipper missing key (spoiler) details when hitting max rank in Kahl’s Garrison.

And even though it is supposed to be fixed, I'm still having issues with this glitch.

I have already:

1. Completed various other Kahl missions while in rank 5;
2. Bought offerings from Chipper;
3. Spoken to Chipper while in a Warframe as the Operator and Drifter.

And i do not play with Creator Mode on, I've checked.

 

I know this is close to a year later but this bug has never been patched as I have gotten rank 5 in Khal's Garrison and never had Chipper's special feature show. Mind you I never have creator mode on.
