I initially had a boosnothing helped. s with U12, but lately the game has been nearly unplayable due to stutter. I've re-downloaded all files, changed every option I could think of and even bought some clean-up software but nothing helped. Weirdly the game says I'm getting 60fps but there's no way it's correct.
Noticed a couple of posts here with people suffering the same thing, wonder if anyone has any solutions?

I've been noticing some weird Frame Time issues, too. I have everything on low, and my laptop should be able to handle the game at native resolution just fine. It reports 70fps or so, but the image is like a slide show - it's awful. My frame time hovers up around 18-20ms, though. I guess that is the culprit, but how can we bring this down?
Weirdly, after U12 my fps increased by about 20-30 and my frame time went down to around 10. This was a great help, and the game was smooth and awesome. But now it's back to being rubbish again. Anyone have similar issues?

I'm running Dual Ichors at the moment. They are dishing out pure elemental (toxin) damage. Does this mean they are a terrible choice for Hysteria as although they improve crit chance they add no power to the attacks?

Anyone who thinks Valkyr is bad now just has no idea how to mod/play her effectively.
That said, I'm still confused as to exactly what changed with Hysteria in this update, and actually the skill in general. Seems like a maxed Focus and maxed Blind Rage now do pretty similar damage (around 10-20% difference) so I'm considering revising the build to remove Blind Rage and spec more into Duration. Also what exactly carries over from our melee weapons into Hysteria? Seems like with Dual Ichors equipped I crit more frequently and for more damage, but the base damage and speed doesn't seem to have changed much.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a reliable and conclusive log of the recent changes?

Me too. I'm overjoyed, was seriously thinking of buying a new laptop to play this game but this update has just saved me all that cash. So I did what any self-respecting fan would do and bought a little platinum!
I went from 16ms and 60fps to 8ms and 130fps, all on minimal settings. Now I can enable anti-aliasing and a few other options and still get frame times of 10ms and around 100fps on the menu, and similar figures in-game.

So is the 10-rank Steel Charge intentional and here to stay? I'll happily rank it from 5 to 10 as a priority if that's the case, but am worried it's a bug and I'd lose all those precious cores if DE revert it back to a 5-rank mod.
In the meantime, what do you guys think of a build comprising Blind Rage, Fleeting Expertise, Narrow Minded, Streamline, Vitality, Rage, Steel Fiber, Warcry, Ripline and Hysteria? Running that lot with Steel Charge, Penta, Twin Gremlins/Bronco Prime and Dual Ichors. Only just got the Ichors but so far it seems fun and pretty effective.

Agreed. 'Utility' is a word that gets thrown around a lot but sometimes I wonder if everyone is defining it in the same way. The way I see it, Valk's key attribute is survivability. And with that comes myriad benefits, including all those listed above.think of all the uses for that invincibility.. its kinda like blessing minus the healing... and lasting like 3x longer

For me, the biggest change is that I no longer have to build solely around keeping Valkyr in Hysteria indefinitely. It's still an essential part of her arsenal, but now I'm able to sit back a bit more and use warcry to mitigate damage while I go to work with my weapon of choice. This is great in situations such as defending a terminal in mobile defense. You want to stay with the terminal and your team to maximise spawns, but if you do that as Valkyr without Hysteria you would typically either get few kills or get shredded yourself. Now I can last much longer, and use Hysteria to recover lost health once in a while - instead of trying to keep it up permanently and either getting zero kills (somas, orgrises etc. smash everything before you can reach them) or moving far away from the team which nets some kills but breaks the team cohesion.
I'm going to test the effects of Rage and Steel Fiber + Warcry now, but so far these changes are a definite step in the right direction!
Edit: What's going on with Steel Charge?! Now it's giving 18 mod points @ rank 5 and can be upgraded all the way to rank 10! Bug or a deliberate change?

Does anyone know if Rage accounts for damage mitigation when calculating the energy returned? If I ran a maxed Steel Fiber would I receive less energy back than if I ran a Rank 5 Steel Fiber, assuming the attack hitting me was the same in both cases? Really excited by these changes but trying to wrap my head around the numbers!

Hey guys,
Been having some trouble with Warframe today. It's either crashing in the menu screen or providing a very poor game experience. Enemies seem unaware of my presence (although I can kill them perfectly fine) and I'm unable to open lockers. I can sometimes collect items on the floor, other times they remain where they are. However my weapons level up as usual. Other players are teleporting around everywhere. I've tried other games and a speed test and had normal results from both.
Any ideas as to what the problem is? The game was fine yesterday, and I've not made any changes my end. Could it be related to the new patch?
The game has crashed 4 times in a row now, out of the four crashes 3 needed me to hard reset the computer, the fourth let me access the control panel where I noted it said the Evolution Engine was not responding. Not sure if that's relevant or not...
Any tips etc would be gratefully received!

Hey guys,
I recently started playing Warframe and I love it. I run it at home on my PC, and have recently also installed it on my laptop so I can get a Warframe fix when I'm away from home.
Trouble is, on the laptop I get horrible frame times - it's never below 16 ms and is usually up around the 18 mark. This is with every graphical setting set to the lowest value. I can easily hit 60fps but the game is unplayable due to the high frame time.
Any ideas what I can change to fix this?
Not sure if it's relevant, but other games that my system could run at optimal settings (according to GeForce experience) now say that my laptop does not meet the minimum requirements.
It's running a 2GB GT 540M card with a i5-2450M CPU (2.5GHz) and 8GB RAM.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can turn this into a game and not a slideshow!

Thanks for another update. Looking forward to trying the new rifle and pleased with the various fixes, especially the Banshee one.
I'm frankly baffled by the attitude of many posters here. Why is it a surprise that DE are using content as a way to make some money in a title that is free to play? If you like the game and want to support the devs then put your money where your mouth is. If not, either be grateful for an entirely free experience that is provided to you or play something else.
How people presume they are in a position to tell developers what to do with their time is beyond me.
