No event rewards for low ranks

Very good job, DE, letting low ranks play the latest event for hours only to find out that low ranks can't even buy the blueprints because of MR requirements.
Those are blueprints, goddamnit, why in the world wouldn't you let them buy those blueprints so that they can craft the damn things once they meet the requirements later in the game?!
