I'm Selling the Legacy Arcane Squall Helmet for Frost (lowers shields and raises power Strength 15%) and the Legacy Arcane Phoenix Helmet for Ember(lowers shield and raises max energy) These are not apart of the arcane enchantment system, they are Legacy helmets that offer a boost(and penalty) when worn.
