I believe that Shotguns status chance procs % is broken in some way. My Kohm's status chance proc is around 40%, but it looks like its 1%. I was wondering if you can look into this please. I really belive something is off/wrong with the status chance procs on Shotgun weapons.
Frost's Snow Globe

When using Frost's Snow Globe It's showing the wrong numbers in the bottom right of the screen while in a mission. You can't play Frost very well with the snow globe strength is showing 1 or even 0 right after using the ability.
