I don't know, but after closing the launcher, I deleted the .log files and restarted the launcher, and for some reason the game was updated, and didn't have any crash while playing...

I have the same problem. I'm trying to download 6 Gb for the last 2 hours at 162 KB/s. OK, my internet connection sucks, but mostly the time I download updates at 5 MB/s. I disable Windows 10 antivirus and allowed the launcher on the firewall, just in case.
