Mesa makes as excellent a tank as she did before.
But there are as-good-or-better choices that have a better kit to go with it.
Mag... I thought that's what high shield Corpus sorties were for?

Considering how much you like to assert your control in any situation by being quite the loquacious rascal and showing off your verbose and rather infantile vocabulary, perhaps you got banned for uncontrollable profanity in-game. In any case, you might need to get back down to earth and make sure that you didn't use such language in dealing with the Warframe Support group in regards to your ban.
They deal with enough already; they do not need to deal with angry, swearing youngsters. That won't get you anywhere.
Keep your polite vocabulary for polite people and "F*** that $&*(#". Warframe support is by far the BEST i've seen in ANY game.

for me it's not stuttering.. the fps just drops for a while :(
I entered a t4 sur solo and when the fps drop started to occur i took a screenshot and everything looks fine :/

Svchost doesn't show on task mananger, you gotta close it through the resources monitor. Press the windows key and in the search bar type "resources" open the program that says "Resources Monitor" with a gauge icon, then, move to the CPU tab and click on "max CPU" it will show how much the process are consuming in a decreasing order. If you find Svchost and it's consuming more than 5%. Close it.

Might be "Svchost.exe", check your resources monitor and see how much CPU it's consuming.
