I also cannot melee using a controller after the melee weapon has been drawn. I also cannot aim down sights once the melee weapon is drawn, which means I have to manually switch back to my ranged weapon using Y on my wired XBox 1 controller. [Controller: Lack of Trigger Responsiveness]

I play Warframe on PC using an Xbox 360 wired controller, and with this update the left trigger specifically has stopped responding properly in game. Often I will jump and attempt to aimglide, but the game does not read the trigger input either for about 3 seconds, or until I sort of fan the trigger. I'm not certain if this is the case on the right trigger as I don't use it as often/when I do, the lack of responsiveness isn't as noticeable or time sensitive. I have not had this issue in any other game, and I have only had the issue in Warframe since the recent update. 

Also chiming in with the crowd of people saying that the controller cursor makes it slow and difficult to navigate many of the menus. Dpad navigation is significantly faster and easier, and an option for it would be appreciated.

+1, having this issue using a Dualshock 4. I also haven't been able to increase or decrease amounts with bumpers, as others have mentioned.
