Upon launching the game I am greeted by a black screen, quickly transitioning to a bugged shot of a dark corridor and then a broken main menu.
Once in the menu, the cursor no longer appears or functions, and the game still responds to keyboard input such as "ESC + SPACE" to exit.
Attached are screenshots of the issue.

From my personal experience, stealth in Warframe is more about shock and awe than anything else. Get in, kill everything before it hits the alarm, and get out. Loki has worked effectively, and his abilities are extremely good for causing confusion amoung your enimies if you get detected.

UPDATE: Resolved on my end via reinstall. Unsure of what caused the bug to begin with.
