    • Fixed progression stop when attempting to do Railjack missions in succession, which resulted in main mission objectives not spawning.

Many thanks for this fix. Had this problem last night, although the endless waves of fighters was a combination of amusing, therapeutic and useful for leveling my plexus.

Update #26: The Old Blood is on track to be the largest update so far of 2019. It’s not coming this week, but we’re close!

While I'm a little sad it won't be out this week, I just want to encourage you guys to keep up the good work! This is by and large my most favorite game and I appreciate all the work you guys put in. Don't lose sleep and burn yourselves out over the update. We'll be here to devour it, so take your time and release it when you're ready. ☺

  3. Okay... So first on my list of things to say: That trailer gave me an actual chill!
Previously, it felt like y'alls take on the horror element was the Once Awake quest. While not bad, it left me wanting so much more. Then you had to go and make this trailer. It takes me back to the first times I played FEAR and Dead Space; that wonderful tingling, visceral feeling like I'm going to be facing off against a potentially terrifying who-knows-what that wants to eat my face (among other horrific acts) and I may not even sense it coming. While I was hoping something from the horror genre might come into Warframe, I can safely say I didn't expect it. Here's one of many hoping that it delivers. Considering how (in my personal opinion) TSD and TWW delivered exceptionally well, I'd say we can anticipate one hell of a ride.

Of course I'm looking forward to all the other features and additions that this Update is going to bring and will be exploring it thoroughly with my fellow Tenno, but that was a damn good highlight on Harrow's quest.

Good luck testing and deploying, DE. Catch you guys soon.

  4. Clan Sub-channels:

It's probably been suggested before, but maybe we could add in the ability for Clan Warlords to create one or two additional Clan chat channels (for trading, team-finding, help, etc.). This would allow the chat screen, especially for larger Clans, to be filtered into relevant channels and unclutter the main channel. The only downside I can think of right away is that the chat window may start appearing overburdened without an associated control over which tabs to view in the chat window. All the same, I think this may be a useful feature for Operation Clan Love. :)

    Evolving Weapons:

This idea is of a slightly obscure vein since our equipment already "grows" with us in a way as we gain affinity. The idea I'm proposing is that we can acquire a basic weapon near the beginning of the game (like the Lato, for example) and throughout our conquest, we gain an exclusive blueprint after a certain set of conditions are met for that weapon (like with Rivens or Junctions) and we can upgrade it to an entirely new weapon. The upgrade process could span more than one or two stages and use special drops from enemies or experiment with fusing already existing weapons into something altogether new similar to the Tipedo, Akjagara and Panthera, but continuing even further from there. The goal behind this idea is to breathe a new purpose into some of the older and less used weapons and give them a competitive edge by making them into the fuel for new generations of weapons while adding some fun challenges along the way.

    Personal Gauntlet:

The idea of a personal gauntlet has been in my mind ever since we had specters available and even more so since the Simulacrum became a reality. Why not have the option to run a personal gauntlet against a customized or randomized set of specters that wield weapons and Warframes against you that you've already mastered? This could make for a good personal challenge or alternative to PvP (as there are those who dislike or--like myself--are just not good in PvP), especially if it pulls from a player's favorite loadouts. Not sure what, if any, rewards should come from this except a nice chunk of Focus xp or a trickle of Conclave standing.

Let me know what you think.

  5. To be honest, I don't get what so many folks are being whiny little brats about. Most, if not all, of this community has been waiting just as long as they have for another awesome update. The fact that DE has been encountering delays means they're dedicated to getting as many kinks out before it ships as they can. They're a bunch of folks who want to provide you the best quality they can muster from their team. Additionally, they're not telling us these time frames to get us hyped for nothing; they're all creative individuals who've been working hard as hell on something most of us can't even begin to try and understand the process of--let alone troubleshoot--and they're excited that their work is about to come to fruition.

Stop the damned whining, guys! Cut them some slack. It's not like you could do any faster what they're trying to do. That said, while I'm hoping the update comes soon, I'm not going to stress about it. It will arrive when it does, and I'll be fan-gasming left and right the whole time I'm playing. Let's more of us try to think of it that way.

Yeah as NinjaZeku mentioned, there's no randomness to it, it's because Iron Skin is up. It prevents enemy displacement abilities (except some random attacks like the white bursa), and somehow also includes that fan. As a possible workaround until they fix it, let enemies remove your iron skin before you start to run the challenge.

*Just stares and blinks for a few seconds*

Well, that's something I didn't think to try...

  7. Any chance we could get multiple-stage missions in the game somewhere down the road? I'm not talking about raids, per se, but more along the lines of surprise additional objectives after the first one is completed that add a little extra flavor to things. For example, you go into what's initially a Sabotage mission that (Surprise!) progresses into an Assassination or Exterminate mission. Or a Spy-Capture-Defense situation.

This could be a good way to inject extra mission variety that some have asked about in the past, but what do y'all say?

  8. My questions are mainly on mods:

-Is there any news on any changes coming to our "go to mods" or is that still a ways out?

-When can we get another shot at the Acolyte mod sets? I don't fancy extortion for a mod I couldn't farm whilst at work.

Thanks for your continued hard work, guys.

You should add that the helmet needs Vengeful Revenant on the crafting requirements.

You're right! And 396 GREATER POTENT pherliac pods and my 2 bile sacs!

    *Eye twitches uncontrollably* Everything... BURNS!!!

  10. Happy New Year DE!

I was wondering if there's any plans in the works regarding resources, such as adding a resource vault to the Dojo and maybe some kind of Resource Exchange to the Relays or Maroo's Bazaar? I think both would be really handy and it'd be a good way to trim down on resources that I don't often use.

  11. No sir. you need cake.

    we all need cake.

    we.

    need.

    CAKE!

We do... but, sadly, the cake is a lie. :(

Pong with Ordis or Charades with Darvo?

Get drunk with Loki or Mirage?

Colour your Warframe neon yellow or neon pink?

    Grinding for Brakk or Detron?

Darvo: I can't deny that it would be interesting and likely highly entertaining.

Mirage: There's no telling what shenanigans Loki would pull... like Drunken Switch Teleport last Tuesday.

Neon Yellow: Although poor Ordis' sensors would be bleeding--pleased.

    Detron

  12. Sit through an angry lecture from Suda or Simaris?

    EV Trinity or Bless Trinity?

    Nyx or Excalibur?

Punch Vor in the face or push Alad V down a flight of stairs?

Get a thumbs up from Rhino or a pat on the back from Atlas?

    Death by Bombard or Comba?

Simaris: I tune out his ramblings anyway.

    Bless Trin: Stayin' alive!

    Excalibur

Push Alad V: Who doesn't want a good tossed Salad? Besides, I like visualizing his whiny arse tumbling down an infinite number of stairs.

    Rhino

    Bombard: Nice and quick.
